The blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Merlot is a collection wine, with an intense ruby color, signed by the owner and winemaker of the winery. The taste is complex, combining the spicy notes of Shiraz with the fruity notes of Merlot and the herbaceous nuances of Cabernet Franc. Each grape variety contributes with its unique features to create a wine with as much character as the sum of its parts. A well-balanced wine with a rainbow of black and red fruit flavors complemented by subtle spices and a strong but not overwhelming tannic structure.
